Ben Bearss - President/Owner Operator

Ben's background in the landscaping industry began working for his brother's business, Bearss Landscaping, based in Buena Vista, CO. Ben grew up in the landscaping industry working every summer for the family business, with older brother Josh, the boss, and his dad Jim, the landscape architect. Landscaping was in Ben's blood from the start. He quickly was promoted and excelled in the role of manager with Bearss Landscaping where heremained for several years until moving to Montana in 2015.
Ben started with Last Best Place Landscaping in 2015, and moved up the company over the years. He was an equipment operator, crew supervisor and then manager until he finally purchased the company in February of 2018. With one season under his belt he has added on new avenues to the company in the short year he has owned and operated LBPL. Benhas an eye for detail, unmatched efficiency and dependably that only comes from years of experience. Ben & Emily Bearss consider the Gallatin Valley as home and are determined to make it the 'Last Best Place' one project at time.

Troy Esposito - Landscape Construction Manager

Troy is originally from the Midwest, but he has
called Bozeman home since 2011. He started with Last Best Place Landscaping in early 2017, and has found his niche in the market of new construction
landscaping, developing the GallatinValley over the years.
Troy appreciates hard work, the outdoors, and strives to create comfort for
years to come with the reintroduction of natural elements across different landscapes.

David Williams - Contracting & Maintenance Manager

David Williams - Contracting & Maintenance Manager

David Williams was born in Oregon, he moved to Montana at the age of six and has never left. With a deep appreciation for Montanan landscapes, David was a Wildland Firefighter and an Engine boss for four seasons. After moving toBozeman to attend
MSU, he received a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2018. David has a passion for hard work and a dedication to the efficiency of work he provides to
the team at LBPL. He started with Last Best Place
Landscaping three years ago and has quickly moved through the ranks to be at the top level of LBPL.
